This mouthwatering good Cowboy Casserole combines tater tots, ground beef, onions, green beans, corn, tomatoes, beef gravy, and cheese into a hearty homestyle casserole. My family just loves this easy dish made with frozen tater tots and a quick made from scratch gravy.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion ( finely chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 teaspoon marjoram ( dried )
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups trimmed and chopped green beans
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 can (15.25 ounces) corn drained
1 can (14.5 ounce) fire roasted tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
