Cozy Beef Stew

This simple and easy cozy beef stew is my type of comfort food. It stews for long enough that the meat just pulls apart and melts in your mouth. Mix in the wonderful meaty sauce with carrots and peas. Pair it with a side of cooked rice and enjoy!
