Crab Corn Soup

This recipe , I obtained from a friend that we would always vacation with at the Delaware beaches. They would go out crabbing and then make this soup. It's one of the best Crab Soups that I ever tasted. My son can eat the whole pot himself. I don't recommend that. Hope you enjoy.

4 C-chicken broth
1/2 C diced onions
3/4 C butter
1-16 oz. can of cream style corn
1 lb. crab meat (any kind works)
3/4 C flour
3 C heavy cream or half 'n half
salt and pepper to taste
1 T bay seasoning
Melt butter and saute onions in a large soup pot. Add broth, corn and crab. Simmer a half of an hour. Add flour with a cup of water mixed together to pot, then add the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste...
