I used to host a New Year's eve party for the men in my husbands troop who had no where to go. This was very popular on the buffet table.

1 1/2 pounds crab meat, picked over to remove shell
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 teaspoons dry sherry
salt, pepper and paprika
green onions, sliced on the diagonal for garnish
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 teaspoons dry sherry
salt, pepper and paprika
green onions, sliced on the diagonal for garnish
Saute onions and peppers until tender in butter. Then add all except paprika. Put in baking dish and dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions sliced on the diagonal
