This is so good! You can use real crab or (ugh!) the imitation stuff.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz. crab, broken up
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Ramen noodles
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp butter, softened
14 oz. crab, broken up
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
