This is a great break from the standard highly processed cereal that we have become accustomed to. Once you and your family try this cereal you won't want to eat commercial cereals again! This is also great as a backpack snack for the little ones.

1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Honey (I encourage you to try local honey)
2 cups Walnuts
2 cups Oatmeal (old fashioned not quick oats)
2 cups Coconut (I encourage you to go unsweetened if you can find it, I cannot find it so I use sweetened)
1 cup dried Cranberries
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Honey (I encourage you to try local honey)
2 cups Walnuts
2 cups Oatmeal (old fashioned not quick oats)
2 cups Coconut (I encourage you to go unsweetened if you can find it, I cannot find it so I use sweetened)
1 cup dried Cranberries
2 tbsp cinnamon
