Fruity carrot cake marbled with cheesecake filling. Perfect for Easter or a potluck!

Carrot Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
2 cups finely grated (PEELED) carrots, packed
1 Tbsp orange zest
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp juice)
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup pecan pieces, chopped
1 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp orange zest
3 large eggs
Cheesecake:
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (neufchatel or regular is fine)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
