Creamy Cheesy Stuffed Bell pepper.

2 Bell peppers ( red and yellow),
150 g boneless chicken cut into small pieces,
2 table spoon chopped onion,
1 table spoon chopped green capsicum,
1 medium sized boiled and mashed potato,
1 green chilly chopped,
50 g cream cheese,
3 tablespoon sour cream,
Mint and coriander leaves as per taste,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, sprinkle a little salt and saute for 3 minutes, now add the chopped onion and capsicum. Fry for a minute. Then add cream cheese, let it melt, add the mashed potatoes, and mix well. Now add the cream, chopped leaves, salt ( if needed ) and mix. Now your stuffing is ready. Wash the Bell peppers and cut off the tops. Remove the seed and the white centers. Gently spoon the stuffing into the peppers. Cover with bell pepper top which was cut off. In a pan Heat 3 tablespoon of oil, then put the stuffed bell pepper and cover for a second and take it out, do the same with the other one, Its done. You don't need side dish because it is a complete meal.
