2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (I buy the packaged ones without the oil)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. Penne noodles (Make sure to use Gluten-free noodles if you need to go that route)

1. In a large pot, bring water to boil and pour in noodles. Cook according to directions on the box.
2. While the noodles are cooking filet the chicken breasts in half length-wise to make them thinner....
