2 cups heavy cream

8 large egg yolks
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 cups shredded chicken (about 1 medium rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts , toasted
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
