Chicken breast has less fat than other parts of chicken, it sometimes becomes too tough or tastes like dried out . It is good idea you heat it slow in low temperature or stew with other vegetable.

Main ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken breast
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1/2 pound pumpkin
1 piece garlic
1/2 onion
1 green onion
Seasonings:
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp chicken powder
pinch salt
pinch peeper
1/2 pound chicken breast
