This creamy vegetable soup is full of fresh veggies, herbs, potatoes and cheese, then finished with a touch of smoky bacon. Serve a bowl of the easy chowder for a cozy lunch or dinner on chilly days. 1 T butter
1.5 c carrots
1 c onion
3/4 c celery
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c all purpose flour
3.5 c chicken broth
1 t each fresh rosemary, thyme and parsley
1 bay leaf
