Creme Brulee Fudge

Creme Brulee is so delicious and fudge Oh how can you pass up fudge, combine the two into one and it's a real dream food.

To make it this is what you need:
1 1/4 Cup of granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
2 1/2 oz. EVAPORATED milk
3 oz. White Chocolate
3 1/2 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Tbsp. Raw Sugar/Turbinado Sugar for topping.
8 x 8 foil lined pan (spray with nonstick spray if you have it.)
In a small saucepan combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk (more on this later)
Bring to a boil and continually stir. If you have a candy thermometer bring it up to a temp. of 240 F. But if you don't have a candy thermometer keep an eye on it, When it's boiling as soon as brown...
