Crispy Ranch Pork Chops

These pork chops have so much flavor and are so tender and juicy, your family will be asking for more.

6 boneless pork loin chops
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Heat the oven to 450. Crush up the corn flakes and place in a shallow bowl. Mix in the package of dry ranch dressing mix. Drizzle olive oil around the bowl and mix to coat. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Coat a pork chop on both sides with the egg mixture. Then coat the chop liberally with the corn flake ranch mixture on both sides. Press some additional coating into the chop. Repeat with each chop, placing them into a baking dish when coated. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
