2 lb. Boneless Pork Sirloin-cut into strips
2 medium carrots
1/2 inch turmeric root
1/2 inch ginger root
4 to 6 garlic scallions chopped up the green stem
1/2 pineapple skinned and chopped
1/4 Cup pine nuts
(for the sauce)
3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tsp. sriracha hot sauce(to taste)
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. peanut oil
2 Tablespoons. soy sauce
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup Apple cider vinegar
