Crock-pot Homemade Chicken Stock

I love making my own stock! No sodium and used an organic chicken! So healthy and a great touch for any meal

-Leftover organic chicken bones and fat from a whole chicken. 3 cup, will be removed.
-Onion, peeled and chopped 2 cups (doesn’t need to be small pieces all of this gets dumped after)
- Celery, 2 cups chopped
-Salt, 1 tablespoon
-Parsley, 1 tablespoon
-Thyme, 1 tablespoon
Once you have cooked your whole chicken take off all of the edible meat, and set aside for you and your family to eat. Put all the leftovers back into the crock-pot (the bones and fat of the chicken). You...
