I never could get ribs quite right. I never thought that a crockpot would be the answer! The key is in the placement of the ribs. You want to stand them up so you don't end up w/ pulled pork. This is the only way I will prepare ribs now.

1 rack baby back ribs
1 C water
1 clove garlic, smashed
1/4 C cider vinegar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C barbecue sauce (I used a spicy honey variety)
salt & pepper

1.Line your crock pot with a liner or spray with non stick spray
2.Score the silver membrane on the back of the ribs and season ribs with salt and pepper
