2 lbs. round steak ( 1 inch thick )
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 stalk celery ( chopped )
2 carrots ( peeled and chopped )
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 med. sweet pepper, julienned
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
