Crockpot Chili with Black Beans & Corn

This Chili is packed with flavour but not necessarily heat. This is a crockpot recipe that the whole family will love, even the kids!
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 large can tomato sauce
16 oz can diced tomatoes, with juices
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh cilantro and sour cream
