A simple meal made in the crockpot that utilizes the superfood Quinoa!

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (ok if frozen)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 TBSP olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup cooked quinoa
