1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
1/3 CUP LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
1/3 CUP RICE VINEGAR
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 - 15 OZ CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
1 CUP DICED MIXED BELL PEPPERS
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER
CUT CHICKEN BREASTS INTO 2 INCH CUBES. SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN. COVER CHICKEN WITH CORNSTARCH. COAT CROCK WITH SPRAY OIL. ADD PREPARED CHICKEN IN A BOWL, MIX SOY SAUCE, VINEGAR, PEPPERS, PINEAPPLE (WITH JUICE). GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER AND BROWN SUGAR. POUR OVER CHICKEN AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 3-4 HOURS SERVE OVER RICE
