This recipe is kind of the "distant cousin of KFC's ( Kentucky Fried Chicken ) recipe". Meaning?? The ingredients used are a bit similar and the taste is quite similar too. KFC used to be the only place where we got such batter dipped crispy fried chicken. Salt - as required
Pepper - 1 or 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying
For the batter
All purpose flour - 4 tbsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Salt - little
Water - as required
For the coating
Breadcrumbs - as needed
Potato chips - crushed - as needed
Cornflakes - plain - crushed - as needed
