Crustless Spinach Quiche

An easy and healthy egg dish that can be made for breakfast or dinner.

10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 cup cubed ham
1 cup mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together eggs, milk, spinach, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased pie pan or 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle the ham and cheese on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm.
