The chocolate/graham/marshmallow combo has left the campfire and entered the kitchen. Creative chefs have come up with their own delicious versions of this treat. Thanks to them, you can now get your s’mores fix in a jar, with your breakfast, or straight from the freezer. The variety is so endless that you can nosh on s’mores year round!

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 cup+ mini semi sweet chocolate chips.
Frosting
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups marshmallow fluff
