2/3 cup Biscoff spread or cookie butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla bean paste (can substitute vanilla extract)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 bag (about 1 & 1/2 cups) peanut butter chips
