This is a must try! These are absolutely amazing! Potatoes, flour and fried! What more could you ask for! It will be hard for you to wait for all of them to get done before you start enjoying! These are great dipped in ranch dressing, ketchup or whatever you favorite dipping sauce is!

Red potatoes (about 2 per person), all purpose flour, milk, oil for deep fryer (I use Canola), salt.
Slice about 2 red potatoes per person (so about 8 red potatoes for 4 people)
Slice about 1/8" thick (a little thicker than a potato chip)
