Delicious Marshmallow Fudge

I LOVE that this fudge is made with marshmallows! I. love. marshmallows! You can see that here and here as well. The taste is just so decadent and sweet. The marshmallows seem to make the fudge lighter too, and not so dense and thick. I can never eat just one piece!

1-3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbs. butter
pinch salt
1-1/2 cup chocolate chips (I like milk, but semi-sweet is good too)
20 large marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
0ptional: chopped nuts
