2 tablespoons cold butter (unsalted)
Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temp)
1/4 cup butter (room temp)
2-3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup cake flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
