Disneyland's Peanut Butter Cookies

One of my favorite places to visit is the bakery at Disneyland. Their cookies are seriously to die for and they are thick, chewy, and so, so soft

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
¼ cup granulated sugar
