For the meat:
(100 g) ( Oounces beef mince )
1 tsp ( Sugar - preferably brown sugar )
1/4 tsp ( Minced garlic )
1 Tbsp ( Sesame oil )
1 Tbsp ( Soy sauce )
Vegetables and other:
250 g ( Mildly seasoned spinach )
( Steamed rice 3 to 4 serving portions )
4 ( Eggs )
1/2 tsp ( Fine sea salt )
120 g ( Carrots )
350 g ( Mildly seasoned bean sprouts )
100 g ( Shiitake mushroom )
( Korean seasoned seaweed, shredded )
