3 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 vegetable oil
1 8 oz can crushed pineapples
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups dicee bananas (ripened)
1/2 cup (or more) chopped pecans, optional
Preheat oven to 350 Measure all dry ingredients. Add in bananas, vanilla, eggs and pineapple. Stir to combine. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER. Pour cake mix into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Test with toothpick.
