These Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowls are a perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. The Pitaya Bowl craze is popular in juice shops for a reason – pitaya (dragon fruit) is full of antioxidants, and is a low calorie, nutrient dense fruit. A pitaya bowl is a great vegan or paleo breakfast option.
1 large bowl
1 banana ( chopped and frozen )
1 cup mango ( chopped and frozen )
1 cup dragon fruit, pitaya ( chopped and frozen )
1/4 cup coconut milk ( canned, full fat )
