Easiest Chocolate Sorbet

This sorbet is literally the best way to cure a case of the Mondays. If you are looking for something rich tasting without the guilt this will be your jam!

2 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso (decaf is fine)
