This is the easiest guacamole recipe you can find. You will love this simple, quick and incredibly tasty healthy dip

3 ripe avocados
1 limes, juiced
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup red onion, chopped
3 tb of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
