1 cup dry black beans, soaked or sprouted
1/2 brown onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dry parsley
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
