I love how easy it is to make this fudge! With just a few minutes and a few simple ingredients, you have a tasty treat for your family, friends and neighbors!

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups butterscotch chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
