This easy chocolate mousse pie is irresistibly light, creamy, and delicious.

For the filling:
1 (12 oz.) package mini semi-sweet chocolate chips* {reserve 1 T. for topping}
1/2 c. Silk Cashewmilk {or Silk Almond Milk}
1 T. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 (8 oz) containers non-dairy whipped topping {12 oz. total}
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
For the topping:
1 T. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips {reserved from package used to make filling}
2 T. coarsely chopped cashews
1 T. sliced almonds
