Easy Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the only Chicken Noodle Soup recipe you will ever need! Put all the ingredients in the crockpot and when you walk in to the house 6 hours later the delicious smell coming from the kitchen will make your mouth water. This is serious comfort food at it\\\'s best!
3 chicken breasts
5 medium carrots, peeled and thinly chopped
1 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp celery salt
2 bay leaves
2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
