This recipe is so easy. Just throw all of the cans in a slow cooker or a pot and let it go!

1 lb ground beef
1 medium-sized onion, diced
2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans black beans
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can red kidney beans
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can shoe-peg corn, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes with chiles
2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 can black olives, drained and sliced
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
Tortilla chips, for serving
Sour cream, for garnish
Grated cheese, for garnish
