These Easy Grinch Cupcakes are a great Christmas treat if you're looking to depart a bit from the traditional Christmas cookies scene, or great for a Grinch movie viewing party! Perfect easy party cupcakes that start with a mix and are perfectly green to fit with your Grinch theme!

1 box white cake mix ( tested with Betty Crocker )
1 1 3 oz box lime Jello
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Prepared frosting
Green sanding sugar
Red heart sprinkles
  1. Dump all the ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix on medium for 2 minutes
  3. Spray cupcake pans with Baker's Joy
  4. Divide the batter evenly in the cupcake tins
