Easy Homemade Applesauce

I've been trying to find out how to eat more real food for less money. These two don't always go hand in hand :) But sometimes, they do! Here is one recipe that really is healthier, easier & more cost effective to make at home.

6 Red Golden Delicious Apples
1/2 - 1 T cinnamon (add more or less to your liking)
1/3 - 1/2 C sugar (sweeten to your liking)
3/4 - 1 C water (add more or less to your liking)
Peel, core & slice the apples. Add to a saucepan with water, sugar & spices. Simmer on medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Add apples & remaining juice into a food processor or blender....
