Easy Margherita Pizza

I've altered this recipe to use my dad's homemade pizza dough recipe. For a short cut, purchase packaged pizza dough.

Pizza Dough:
1 package of yeast
1 T sugar
1/4 cup of water
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
Topping:
2 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 garlic clove, halved
5-6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. To prepare dough, stir the yeast, sugar and water together and let sit about 12 minutes. Meanwhile mix remaining dough ingredients together.
