Easy Peanut Butter Fudge - S

An easy and healthy variation of fudge! This is a THM S dessert.

1/2 cup refined coconut oil (If you like the coconut taste, you can use unrefined)
1/2 cup sugar free peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt (I use Real Salt)
2 tsp. Stevia (equivalent to 2 cups of sugar - adjust this if you have less of a sweet tooth)
Note: I used Now Brand Better Stevia in this recipe.
