Easy Pizzelle Recipe

This is very easy and fast to put together and such a beautiful dessert!

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1. Melt butter and allow to cool so it is not luke warm. 2. Beat eggs so they are just blended together. 3. Add butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix. 4. Add flour and mix just until it is combined and there are no chunks of flour. 5. Preheat a pizzelle maker. 6. Add 1 tbsp on each pattern and bake 30 sec to 1 minute or until golden brown. 7. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
