This easy quiche uses bread as the crust so it comes together in a flash.

6 slices of bread (gluten free works too)
1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage (other meats work too)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers (other vegetables work too)
8 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage (other meats work too)

1/2 cup chopped green peppers (other vegetables work too)
8 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish and press the bread into the bottom. Sprinkle vegetables, meat, and cheese on top. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic together. Pour egg mixture over everything. Recipe can refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until center is done.
