Easy sausage pasta

I was looking for a quick and easy meal to prepare a decided on pasta when I realised I had no mince. This is as a quick easy meal that can be adapted with other ingrediants that you may have in your pantry, fridge and freezer. It can also be adapted depending on the size of your family.

4 beef sausages skinned
1 large brown onion (or half a cup of frozen diced or sliced onion).
500mls of your favourite bolognaise sauce. (I sometimes use a small tin of diced tomatoes and a large can of tomatoe soup).
250 grams of pasta (I chose spirals).
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
A pinch of paprika
1 tablespoon of dark chocolate bits (optional, this can make tbe sauce richer and sweeter, you could also add some red wine if you really like to experiment with food).
I cooked this lot in the slow cooker to save time and just chucked all the ingrediants together, stirring occasionally.

I put all ingredaints in slow cooker and set to automatic for about 3-4 hours stirring occasionally. If you\\\'re in a rush in the morning you can skip skinning he sausages, place all the ingredients in slow cooker, add a little it of water and put on a low setting.
Stovepot method:
Add 250 grams of pasta to bouling water, cook for about 6mins or preferred amount of time, stir occasinally.
Remove from heat and strain pasta put aside.
Brown off skinned sausages garlic and onion in a larve pot.
Add pasta sauce, add paprika and dark chocolate and allow to disolve
Add pasta to pot mix and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes
