This Spicy Asian Chicken dish is absolutely delicious over a big bowl of rice.
2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. red pepper flakes
¼ cup apple juice
? cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
½ cup water
? cup soy sauce
Extra:
½ cup water
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. red pepper flakes
¼ cup apple juice
? cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
½ cup water
? cup soy sauce
Extra:
½ cup water
1 tbsp. corn starch
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cook the chicken in the oil until lightly browned.
