Easy Sprout Snacks

Simply delightful snacks that can be made in few minutes. Great with tea or coffee anytime!

3 cups all purpose flour
2 handful sprouts
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1/4 salt
4 cups water
1. Mix all the ingredients except water in a large bowl. 2. Slowly add water while stirring the mixture. The final mixture must not be too thick or too runny. 3. Let it set aside for about 15-20 minutes for a softer dough. (optional) 4. Add oil to the pan and drop the dough slowly using a tablespoon. 5. Fry until golden brown. 6. Ready to serve with sweet chilly sauce or your favorite sauce.
