Easy Teriyaki Marinade

A delicious marinade for steak and other meats

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tblsp oil
2 to 3 tblsp molasses
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp.ground ginger
3 garlic cloves, finely minced

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until combined. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before using. Makes 1 cup
