A very quick and easy to put together Manicotti recipe, stuffed with string cheese and topped with a meat sauce made with your favorite store bought or homemade pasta sauce. Topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. It's definitely a "kid-pleasing" meal.

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (26 oz) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (You certainly may use homemade here)
